Quick speedpaint, no ref used.

~1.5 hours or so, give or take. (wasn't really keeping track)

Edit: touched up the trees in the back...they were bugging me.

Ah, nice work, Krista, I really love the lighting that you set up here. It seems natural and gives the scene a nice mood. And so do the colours. They're subtle, but effective. I think the only thing that kind of bugs me, is that you seem to have used a brush with sort of a scatter on or something. And I feel like with that there aren't any really hard edges in this painting. Especially on the girl I think it would have been nice to have some strong edges, just to enhance the sence of focus. Buuut then again that's probably a matter of personal preference :D
The only other thing that stands out a bit to me is that the trees in the background seem kind of ike a wall of trees. All in one line and at the same distance to the camera....Having one or two jut out more and maybe catch some sunlight would be cool.
Anyhow, I'm still really enjoying this. More please :D

This is just amazing! :heart:
This artwork just carries so much impressionism with it, it's pleasant to look at.
Love the reflections of the trees and the light in the water, very realistic. :meow:
