So...slowly getting closer. Thought he deserved a bit more than a one-shot now that he has hair. He *will* have a right hand and a weapon once finished. Decided I should just sculpt it out of wood since sculpey isn't working so well for that.
Bryce says "I am not a fashion designer." and "Thanks, Kinyada, for breaking my nose. JERK."
awesome! My eyes went for the head first and then down his body, and as soon as I saw his feet I did a double-take: it adds to the character and makes him more mysterious.
The details on the hair leaves and clothing are rad too. Great work
Thanks! This is all just super sculpey on a wire armature. (I use a number of different tools to get different effects, but my faves are a small rubber tipped "brush" and a very very sharp pointy metal tool. And my fingers too, of course. )
Wow this is absolutely amazing. I really don't enjoy sculpting humans that much so I'm always jealous when someone is amazing at it Though I suppose its something I gotta get better at. And I really like the detail in his shorts

For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
